Manawatu Branch

Our large geographic area covers the lower left quarter of the North Island, from Taihape and Taranaki in the north down to Wellington and its surrounds. Our members range from those with small lifestyle blocks and very small flocks to professional farmers. Several members are woolcrafters with no sheep, but they have a thirst for knowledge about sheep and wool.

From time to time we organise seminars or workshops and we encourage our members to show their sheep and wool at A&P shows in the region. Members receive newsletters with updates on field days and other items of interest. If you'd like a copy of the current newsletter or more information about what's happening in our area, see contact details below.
